A Premier, Specialty Grade coffee, Bali Blue gets its name from the unique blue/green hue of the unroasted beans. With almost no acidity at all, this coffee is smooth and robust with flavors of molasses, bakers' chocolate and juniper. The finish is clean, with no lingering after taste. The nose is earthy, hinting of orange peel and must. A true experience in every cup.
